Applies with Such Precision We Can Actually Apply Labels to Raw Eggs!
Our variable height detection feature reaches up to 30” inches, automatically senses the product, applies the label and returns. Other brands of printer applicators are designed to reach a set distance. Product is literally pounded if it is closer than the arm’s reach. If the product is too far away, the arm doesn’t reach and doesn’t apply a label at all.
Our electric tamp head is renowned for its soft touch. We contact the product with a mere 3 pounds of force. Pneumatic tamp heads, in contrast, smash into cases and pallets with up to 10 pounds of force – great for labeling cinder blocks. Most plants, however, appreciate our soft, sensitive approach and ability to apply labels with precision. In fact, our modular arm mechanism is so precise we can actually apply labels to raw eggs!
